Help screen
Nine help screens can be adjusted with the LMTORK setting device, which enables real-time, grouped analysis of control signals, valve and actuator status, and indication status.
Valve torque indication
Use the LMTORK setter to observe the torque of the valve corresponding to the valve position in real time through the liquid crystal display, so the analysis of the valve's operating conditions becomes a standard function.
Condition control
For applications with high security requirements, LMTORK is required to be configured as conditional control. In this mode, operation depends on two independent signals. Taking the valve closing command as an example, a remote valve closing input signal and a valve closing interlock input signal are provided at the same time, and the actuator will operate to close the valve. If only one signal is provided, or one signal is lost, the actuator will stay in place or stop to prevent malfunction. When configured for conditional remote control, no interlock input is required for local operation.
Diagnostic icon on the screen
There are four special alarm icons in the LCD, which can clearly display the alarms of valves, control systems and actuators.
