3610 series electronic electric actuator is used in the actuator part, and the actuator is directly connected with the valve body.
Model 3610l series direct stroke full electronic electric actuator is a full electronic actuator which uses AC220 single-phase AC power supply as the driving power supply and directly receives DC4 ~ 20mA, dc0 ~ 10mA or DC1 ~ 5V control signals from DCS, PLC system or regulating instrument operator to operate. The electronic control unit adopts hybrid integrated circuit, which is designed in the shape of a box, including complete protection function. It can be controlled on site or remotely, and is sealed by resin casting. AC reversible motor is used as driving motor, and high performance conductive plastic potentiometer is used for feedback detection. It is a high reliability and economic product with 1 / 250 resolution. The actuator has almost all kinds of action conversion function, opening signal function and manual function required by the regulation itself.
1. The actuator is designed with servo system (without additional servo amplifier). It only needs to connect DC4 ~ 20mA (or DC1 ~ 5V) signal and AC220V single-phase power supply to work. There are terminal blocks inside, so the connection is very simple and convenient.
2. The controller, the key part of the actuator, adopts the single chip microcomputer circuit. It has the shape of a box, small volume and high reliability.
3. The feedback detection of driving quantity adopts high-performance conductive plastic potentiometer, and the resolution is less than 0.4%.
4. With self diagnosis function, when a fault occurs, the indicator light on the controller will immediately send out an indication signal.
5. When the off signal can be set with the state selection switch (the valve core is in the fully open, fully closed or self-locking state).
6. It can be set (positive and negative action) with the state selection switch.
7. The input signal (DC4 ~ 20mA or DC1 ~ 5V) can be set with the state selection switch.
8. It is easy to adjust the working zero point (starting point) and stroke (ending point).
9. When the power is cut off suddenly, the valve core can be self-locking.
10. The synchronous belt drive is adopted to effectively reduce the noise.
11. Delay protection function, under rated load, can implement state self-locking, when fault occurs, can immediately start protection, and can reverse operation to cancel delay protection.
